Imaging & edge computing
High-resolution cameras and edge-computing hardware provide a foundation for standardized capture and local processing.

For investors & strategic partners
NevuTrace is developing standardized whole-body imaging technology intended to help clinicians understand visible skin change over time.
Prototype under development
The opportunity
Healthcare tracks laboratory history, imaging, medications, vital signs, and clinical notes over time. Systematic visual skin records are not routinely integrated into many primary-care workflows. NevuTrace is exploring that opportunity.
Why this direction
The development opportunity sits at the intersection of high-resolution imaging, capable edge computing, image registration, and longitudinal digital records.
High-resolution cameras and edge-computing hardware provide a foundation for standardized capture and local processing.
Registration and feature matching offer a technical direction for associating visual information across visits.
As records grow, clinicians need efficient ways to navigate relevant information. NevuTrace is exploring that need through visual review.
The longitudinal opportunity
Repeated imaging could connect a starting point to years of visible history. Any future research or model development would require appropriate patient consent, privacy controls, governance, and clinical oversight.
Potential business model under development
Hardware / deployment
+Recurring software
+Repeat usage
+Health-system scale
Potential commercial models under evaluation include scanner leases, platform subscriptions, per-session software fees, enterprise deployment, and integration services.
Future research partnerships could be explored only with appropriate consent and governance. Pricing, revenue, and market adoption have not been established.

Development & go-to-market
NevuTrace is currently developing its prototype imaging system and computer-vision workflow.
The current direction combines two high-resolution cameras, local edge-computing nodes, controlled imaging, positioning and quality feedback, full-resolution capture, and longitudinal comparison software.
The roadmap describes goals, not completed milestones. No commercial launch date is represented.
Demonstrate repeatable capture and reliable matching across separate sessions.
Evaluate usability, patient workflow, operational feasibility, and willingness to pay.
Develop appropriately designed studies with clinical collaborators.
Define an appropriate pathway for intended uses before commercial deployment.
Explore enterprise workflows, integrations, and appropriately validated future capabilities.
Potential defensibility
Potential defensibility may grow from the combination of capture protocols, computer vision, workflow software, clinical validation, and integration into practice. A proven moat is not represented.
A responsible pathway
Prototype engineering → clinical workflow evaluation → appropriate clinical validation → regulatory strategy → commercial deployment.
Features that perform regulated medical-device functions would require an appropriate regulatory pathway before being marketed for those uses. Intended uses, evidence requirements, and the applicable pathway need to be evaluated as development proceeds.
Future adoption could involve direct clinic economics, health-system purchasing, appropriate patient-pay models, reimbursement where coverage exists, and future payer evidence development.
NevuTrace does not currently represent that its services are universally reimbursed or covered by insurance.
